Yesterday Jeff and I went to Sussex County Delaware's Return Day..
an event that has been going on for some 200 years ..when after the elections the results are read..both parties get together and then bury the hatchet...
It is an all day celebration here..with a parade, speeches and ends with free ox roast sandwiches...
Senator Joe Biden VP elect was there to celebrate it was great to be able to see him and see how much his state loves him.

Well that was interesting. Burying the hatchet is a good thing especially when it is in the ground and not in your opponents head.
