Howdee all,
Seems like we have had just about any bird you can think of tap on our windows…ok, maybe I exaggerate. We have had Brown-headed nuthatch, Cardinal, Purple Finch, Black-capped Chickadee,American Robin,Downy Woodpecker, Red-breasted nuthatch, Ruby-crowned kinglet, Tufted Titmouse and a few more that I am probably forgetting.
Today we had a new visitor…wish the screen wasn’t in the way…
Hello there…He loved the peanut bark butter I put on the tree.
In case you haven't seen my latest post at Birdingblogs.com
Please stop by and say hello..and see who the

If you do will you buy me the Ruby-crowned kinglet painting that is on the post?
I love it! Ok..buy it for yourself instead!
OMG girl.. how do you get these birds to tap on your window like this? lol I'm amazed at the variety you have. The yellow bellied SP is too cute!
ReplyDeleteThink you should bow to the inevitable and remove the screens so we can get a better view. Hee, hee ;)
ReplyDeleteHow cool is that? You must be the bird whisperer :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome, I was going to say you have a lot of birds drilling at your window, never seen this myself, you must have some tasty windows ;-) Have a great weekend Dawn!

ReplyDeleteHowdee Kimmy..well our windows are reflective..that is a problem..the birds see their reflection and tap at the intruder..
Bosque Bill
Funny you should say that..I removed the screen from the bedroom window to get better photos of the window tapping birds..this one decided to tap on our bathroom window.:)

Yes..this is the blessing and the curse of the reflective windows on the Homey..sadly a few birds have also died flying into them.
