Jeffs Birthday today

Jeffs birthday today...i forgot to get him a card so i made one by hand this am........Jeff golfed in the am with sandy and friends....then we went into boston to return some things and do some errands. This picture below is Jeff talking to a friend who called Jeff to wish him Happy Birthday...Did a quick drive into brookline...i wanted to drive by claflin but we didnt have enough time..... Went to Jeffs moms, she took us out to dinner for Jeffs b-day..had a nice dinner, Jeff and I ordered Coconut encrusted Haddock,it was very yummy..i had broccolini and green beans too........

Trying to solve a mystery of the Meile vaccum cleaner.....went to bring it in for service and the repairman noticed that the handle had been previously broken and ducktaped.....jeff and I are trying hard to rememeber who might have borrowed our vaccum and repaired it without telling us....or maybe we were told but dont remember...oh dear early alzimers hits again.......humm anyway...a new handle with hose....will cost ninety dollars.....plus...

Shirts from second hand shop and hanging out with the fur boys

Well These are the shirts I got at the consignment shop..eight dollars each...
didnt feel like trying them on today...but here they are..

So today I hung out with the boys mostly..didnt sleep well ...woke up around three and went to check on nobbie and he was streched out on the kitchen counter..and i moved him and he was just floppy..so i stayed up and watched him... he is fine now and so is the ballie boy....I am sitting outside with them now...nobbie is here near me and ballie is under a big pine tree....Jeff is inside doing some computer work... I made coleslaw and beets and saurqraut today..tonight we will have a salad for dinner....

Fur boys have teeth cleaning

Today we brought fur boys to have teeth cleaned and some extractions...i was nervous because they had to be put under anesthesia......

We dropped them off at eight and were told we could pick them up after four.....
so jeff and i went to Gloucester and had breakfast at the coffee house in the building below..then browsed a few shops....Bought three shirts at a second hand shop...eight dollars each...
It was a real hot day so we decided to go see a movie...
Saw War of the Worlds......not a great movie....just ok....ok


Here are the boys after we got them in the car for the ride back home....
they were both anxious to leave the vets.....ballie just had a cleaning....nobbie had five teeth removed.....
Got them home and they both gobbled allot of food...they were hungry little critters..
They are acting normally...running around ....wanting to go outside...and gobbling food....
hooray....

Another overcast day in lexington

Overcast again today here in Lexington...got up around eight and did the walk away the pounds the three mile walk..ha... nobbie outside now sitting on a chair and just hanging out...he loves to sit outside all day and sleep...... jeff went next door for a better wifi connection....lots of cute birds lately..chicadees with babys, titmice, goldfinches, cardinals, bluejays,sparrows, and doves all come to my feeders...still no hummingbirds here...boo hoo..

here is the cute boy.....even though he looks mad...he is really happy to sit here and watch the world go bye and of course nap.......
i took these pictures with my cheap little video cam...i should go out there and take some of the bird feeder...cam wont take good pictures inside...
well that is all for now..dont know what we will do today...jeff wants to go hit golf balls...i will do something else for sure....
tonight we go to Esthers...she is making dinner for the family...so i wont be online tonight...maybe late night when i get home...we shall see...
not sure how to arrange these blogs...

The begining or end of my blogging?

Howdy....here it is way past midnight....ballie lying on the bed beside me...this is one of the best places in the Homey to get a wifi connection from the Smoots home. Oh Jeff is here on the bed too...beside ballie...too...ballie is in the middle of us ..nobbie at our feet....jeff is reading papers and stuff he got in the mail and I am playing around with the blogging thing...who knows if I will blog or not to blog....that is the question.....

I have been sleeping a little later her for some reason
strange.....Maybe it is the rain.....well it is raining..and i can hear it on the roof of homey...i like the sound......

Oh went to some beauty supply stores with margie today....things cheap cause she gets discount...like those nice lotion i got u chick.....from foxwoods they had sale on them ...3 for nine dollars....real cheap....
well i cant write anymore....well i take that back...i could write more...but i dont want to cause i getting fuzzy eyes.....and i need to brush teeth and wash face and it already past twelve thirty....and now ballie all streched out and i not have much room on the bed...that rascal....he will be up in a few hours yelling at us for food....

This is our Homey....the interior is Homey four years ago...since then I have changed a few things....but layout is the same.....
We also have a nice bathroom....with shower....and washer/dryer.

This is my silly Ballie...he is not bashful...he is talkative...and sometimes annoying...well always annoying in the morning...wont stop jumping over and on us and wont stop making noise until we get up and feed him...

This is sweet little Nobbie....the cowardly lion...timid around people at first...frightened easily by sounds....not afraid of other animals.....has been known to chase dogs and cats....
